Refreshing display settings and trying several different resolution configurations seems to help the Ark learn the correct display resolution over time. When running Windows on the max resolution of 3840 x 2160 as I did for most of my time with the Ark, it does present some issues with being able to read Cleartype fonts correctly, with blurring and ineligible text the further one has to look from their seated position. Not only is this ugly but takes away the point of having such a large display. Windows 10 presents some scaling quirks, as it recommends scaling the display to 300%.

I can have the Ark run Disney+ or HBO Max, while doing work on the ultrawide – and instantly I’m both immersed in the movie with the best sound I’ve ever heard from a display – and getting work done.
